Infrastructure Contractors
As California has accelerated its Renewable Portfolio Standard, the state's major utilities have signed long-term contracts to purchase electricity from a handful of large companies from renewable energy plants that have yet to be built. Securing the contract is a key prerequisite in the development of the plant, and is typically followed by the acquisition of permits and funding.
